Today’s digital citizens need different skills. I recently read a series of papers by 13 year old students of a friend of mine. What first stuck me when looking over their writing was that not one of them used cursive writing. Then I realized schools today no longer teach cursive writing. Words and thoughts on paper was more of an art form with cursive writing. Today it is an obsolete skill.
What skills will our digital natives need for the future. Here are a few that I feel are critical.
